Help for the Helpless

When we were at our wit's end as to how to get Medicaid assistance for our loved one who was at a Skilled Nursing Facility, we were referred to the Hurley Elderly Care Law Firm. There. we were not only listened to, but, heard. The attorney was personable, compassionate, professional, and knowledgea...ble. The attorney worked with us to set up a Qualified Income Trust and begin the application process for Medicaid. We were encouraged and guided through the application process. We left the office hopeful. Throughout the application processing period, Hurley Law maintained regular phone and email contact with us, updating us on the status of our application until it was approved. Theor service was invaluable to us! We will forever be indebted to them!

Already had an association with Miles Hurley, from bankruptcy referrals he made to the attorney I work for, Dennis J. Murphy. When I had a personal matter of securing a nursing home placement for a 95-year old, long-time family friend, I immediately thought of his firm. Miles understood the difficu...lt situation I encountered with a family member. He, and his staff, Social Worker, Kelsie Scott were super helpful, every step of the way. Could not have found, or finalized this placement, successfully, without their help. They are highly recommended for any work with elder law.

Hurley

I have been pleased with Hurley Elder Care Law. The law firm was recommended by my mother's friend. Yes, i have "pay"ed it forward" by telling others about Hurley's employees and location. So far, they've done an excellent job.

Excellent Estate Planning preparation

My wife and I hired Mr Hurley to update our estate planning documents, which were quite old. He took the time to explain in detail the GA Advance Directive for Healthcare, make our POAs current, and made sure our trust was funded properly. He was very professional while making the whole process com...fortable.

Estate Planning

Mr. Hurley assisted my mom with her Will and Powers of Attorney. She moved to GA from FL quite a few years ago and never updated these important documents. Many of her wishes had changed. We feel at peace now that she has her ducks in a row. Mr. Hurley and his staff were very helpful and kind.
