I contacted several attorneys before reaching The Gunn Firm, P.C., and none was responsive and detailed from my many attorney inquiries that I did. Mr. Gunn immediately ...responded to my initial inquire, showing the personal attention that a Family member would give you when you are in need. Mr. Gunn always made me feel comfortable and prepared me completely for each step of the way. He was very detailed in every step of the legal process and he crossed the T’s and make sure that everything was done right the first time. Mr. Gunn always looked for my rights and he also has the ability to balance and know what is needed to get the job done. I often observed his detailed work and great knowledge of the legal system and he maintained this throughout the complete cycle of my divorce case. You normally would find the nice attorney face wear out after the first few meetings; however, Mr. Gunn was diligent, professional and warm hearted throughout the process. Mr. Gunn and his team were always there to take my calls and were always very helpful. Mr. Gunn and his team responded to each of my emails promptly and were detailed and addressed my questions adequately and to my satisfaction. Mr. Gunn also went the extra mile to cover smaller details that others attorney would nickel and dime you for a profit and opposite to that, Mr. Gunn practice is professional that cares about you in a personal way and offers you affordable legal representation. My divorce is complete and behind with excellent results thanks to Mr. Gunn. Words cannot express the amount of respect I have for Mr. John T. Gunn and his practice. I have no limits on how many of Associates, friends and family I will refer to him. Mr. Gunn is inexperienced and does not have a clue what he's doing in the courtroom. He talks a good game when you are in his office but he is awful in court. I used him for a child custody case and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and I won my case (I could have represented myself and won, thou...gh). I have a saying about Mr. Gunn, "Just because you can doesn't mean you should". Just because he has a license doesn't mean you should use it. MIND YOU, MOST POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY PERSONAL FRIENDS OR AQUAINTENCES SO DON'T BE FOOLED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST WATCH HIM IN COURT ON A "CONTESTED CASE" BEFORE YOU PAY HIM A DIME AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW NOT TO HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!

If you are looking for an attorney and don't need a fight, Mr. Gunn is fine. Once things get complicated, it's like he doesn't know what to do. Every time I called to talk to him, I had to repeat my situation to him over and over again, like he didn't know my case. I mainly dealt with his paralegal, ...Tammy (not sure of spelling) who to me wasn't very professional. In such a difficult time in my life, I expected a lot more from my attorney, especially when he is being paid a lot of money.
