Brian M. Douglas & Associates handled the refinancing of my home mortgage. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me to set up an appointment and mentioned that they could meet me a my location of choice. That was a first. I was used to traveling directly to the law offices. With that said,... I met with one of the associates at a Starbucks. He arrived on time. He walked me through the entire process. Explained every item in the document. i.e, What, where, and why I needed to sign. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The entire process was convenient, fast, and extremely professional. I can see why they were chose to handle my refinance.
