So Thankful That Someone Recommended Gary Alembik!

I first met Gary Alembik in 2013 when I needed an attorney to help me with my divorce. I quickly perceived that Gary was a highly knowledgeable and skilled attorney. He is proficient & articulate both in and out of the courtroom. While he is very focused and intentional about the work at hand, he al...so takes the time to display respect, empathy, kindness and intuitiveness. Gary consistently returned calls and emails in a timely manner, with thorough well composed answers. During the few times he was delayed in responding to an email or phone call, he gave me a courtesy text message or email with an apology and a reason for the delay and a time frame for when he would contact me - I really appreciated that. I was shocked at the amount of paperwork involved in the legal process but he proved to be well organized and he filed all the required court documents on time while keeping me informed and copied during the entire process. He was always on top of the situation regardless of what unexpected event would occur. Gary's thoughtfulness and courteousness are displayed in simple gestures such as pouring his client a cup of coffee or glass of water, opening a door for you, asking how you are - and really caring about what you are saying. I learned that Gary was someone that I could trust. I had complete assurance that he was "on it". He never wasted time. Gary will share in brief, simple small talk, but will effortlessly shift gears to get down to business. He conducts himself with a level of professionalism, quality of character, moral uprightness & integrity that I have not seen in many people. His pursuit to do good and to make a difference in the lives of others extends outside of billable hours. Sound too good to be true? Definitely not. He fought for me and my daughter, he really cared about us and I was very proud to have him for my attorney. Gary Alembik is a truly impressive man, a unique individual and an AWESOME attorney. A++

I Can Highly Recommend Gary!

I never received anything but the best from Gary. I always receive same-day callbacks and immediate action. His advice has always been on point. He was always looking out not only for me, but also for my children. The few times my best interests were not the same as my children’s best interest he let... me know it and kept me on track in thinking about my children. He was always advising me to “take the high road,” and while it may not always have been easy, it was always the right thing to do, and paid off in the end. Gary cares about his clients and it shows in his actions and behavior. I always knew he was good just by talking to him in his office, but when we got to court he showed me another level of his brilliance! If you are looking for a lawyer that will make empty promises, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a lawyer that will talk straight to you, give you great advice, and fight for you inside and outside the courtroom, Gary Alembik is your man!

Best Divorce Attorney in Atlanta

I had a divorce case that most attorneys would have never touched. My ex sued me over thousands of dollars of his debt including an insurmountable number of credit cards that were opened closed, reopened, etc. It was extremely confusing and most people would have hired a forensic accountant. Gary h...andled this by himself in order to provide me a signficant financial break. He was a genius during our court appearance and I walked away better than I could have ever imagined. Gary is professional, pleasant, brilliant, experienced and gets results for his client. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.

Divorce involving a business settlement

Gary Alembik was professional and accessable throughout my Divorce that was complicated due to a business partnership and a 35 year marriage. He always advised me to take the "high road" and to remain rational in the storm. He also recommended that I always do what was fair and just to BOTH of us. I'...m thankful for his guidance because I kept my integrity and can heal from the emotional fallout of a divorce with no regrets. Mr. Alembik also strongly supported mediation to avoid more suffering and expense, I appreciated that even though it wasn't successful. He was concerned about me as a client but also as a human being. I received the best legal service with integrity and professionalism possible.
