Angel on Earth...Representing the Law!

There are very few times in life when you meet someone that has accepted their true calling in life. It was abundantly clear from our first meeting that Mr. Gary Alembik was born to be an attorney. His charming personality, infinite wisdom and serving heart was a welcomed surprise when meeting an att...orney of his caliber. Mr. Alembik was the only attorney I contacted (and I contacted over five) who was willing to take my case. I had an out of state visitation modification that was very complex (to say the least). Mr. Alembik was constantly reviewing case studies in order to ensure that we had a favorable outcome in court. However, my case was settled in the 24th hour and court was not necessary. I am extremely confident that my case was settled outside of court because Mr. Alembik was a steadfast pillar of knowledge and determination in the midst of conflict. His resolve to seek the best possible outcome for me (and my child) was genuine and heartwarming. It was reassuring to know that he “had my back” no matter what circumstance arose. If you're looking for a no nonsense attorney who will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly, then Mr. Alembik is the right attorney for you. He is straight forward with his advice and his fees. There are no surprises. You know exactly what to expect when it comes to the law and when it comes to billing. Mr. Alembik was readily available when I had a question/concern. I might be a little biased, but I preferred email communication because it allowed us (me and Mr. Alembik) to communicate when it was the most convenient time for the both of us. If a phone call was necessary, he made sure that a specific day/time was established so that we weren’t playing phone tag. Mr. Alembik will amaze you as he exceeds your expectations. If all attorneys were like him, then lawyers wouldn’t have such a bad reputation. Mr. Alembik was truly born to represent the law and I am forever thankful that God sent me this Angel to help me (and my child) in our time of need.

So Thankful That Someone Recommended Gary Alembik!

I first met Gary Alembik in 2013 when I needed an attorney to help me with my divorce. I quickly perceived that Gary was a highly knowledgeable and skilled attorney. He is proficient & articulate both in and out of the courtroom. While he is very focused and intentional about the work at hand, he al...so takes the time to display respect, empathy, kindness and intuitiveness. Gary consistently returned calls and emails in a timely manner, with thorough well composed answers. During the few times he was delayed in responding to an email or phone call, he gave me a courtesy text message or email with an apology and a reason for the delay and a time frame for when he would contact me - I really appreciated that. I was shocked at the amount of paperwork involved in the legal process but he proved to be well organized and he filed all the required court documents on time while keeping me informed and copied during the entire process. He was always on top of the situation regardless of what unexpected event would occur. Gary's thoughtfulness and courteousness are displayed in simple gestures such as pouring his client a cup of coffee or glass of water, opening a door for you, asking how you are - and really caring about what you are saying. I learned that Gary was someone that I could trust. I had complete assurance that he was "on it". He never wasted time. Gary will share in brief, simple small talk, but will effortlessly shift gears to get down to business. He conducts himself with a level of professionalism, quality of character, moral uprightness & integrity that I have not seen in many people. His pursuit to do good and to make a difference in the lives of others extends outside of billable hours. Sound too good to be true? Definitely not. He fought for me and my daughter, he really cared about us and I was very proud to have him for my attorney. Gary Alembik is a truly impressive man, a unique individual and an AWESOME attorney. A++

I Can Highly Recommend Gary!

I never received anything but the best from Gary. I always receive same-day callbacks and immediate action. His advice has always been on point. He was always looking out not only for me, but also for my children. The few times my best interests were not the same as my children’s best interest he let... me know it and kept me on track in thinking about my children. He was always advising me to “take the high road,” and while it may not always have been easy, it was always the right thing to do, and paid off in the end. Gary cares about his clients and it shows in his actions and behavior. I always knew he was good just by talking to him in his office, but when we got to court he showed me another level of his brilliance! If you are looking for a lawyer that will make empty promises, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a lawyer that will talk straight to you, give you great advice, and fight for you inside and outside the courtroom, Gary Alembik is your man!
