Excellent Attorney

If you are looking for an attorney that knows the law, smart,fair and will take your case serious then Gary Alembik is the attorney for you. Gary is very efficient, dedicated,hard working and honest. He will take on your case, represent you and do all that he can to try and get you the results you a...re hoping for. Gary will work on your case from sun up to sun down so please don't be surprised when you receive an email at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning that's just him and how deligeint he is on your case. Gary is a great guy to work with he listens to you and take everything you say into consideration for the benefit of your case, there is never a call made to him that he ignores or brushes off if you leave him a message Gary himself will call you back he is always just a phone call away. I was very very please with Gary Alembik and his professinalism and would hire him again if need be however with his excellent law skills and knowledge of family law my case turned out just the way I was hoping for. I couldn't thank Gary enough for the hard work effort and dedication he put into my case to get the results I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Gary any day and so far I have to a friend who is currently working with him and is pretty pleased as well. This is one attorney I can assure you you won't go wrong with. So if you want a dedicated, honest, hard working seeks justice and knowledgeable attorney all in one then Gary Alembik is the attorney for you.

Highly recommend

Gary Alembik demonstrated tremendous expertise in my ongoing child custody case. I have used Mr. Alembik over a period of 10 years. I can only say positive things. My daughter is in my custody today because of him. I was able to take her out of state amongst many other issues. He handled everyth...ing with confidence and integrity. I highly recommend Mr. Alembik for any families needs. I would not Trust my childs future to any other attorney.

I highly recommend Gary Alembik

Mr. Alembik was my attorney for my recent divorce. He came highly recommended by friends of mine. He was very understanding, knowledgeable, and always got back to me very promptly, even on off hours. I so appreciated having him on my side, giving me advice and a feeling of security through the whole ...process. He knew my financial situation and helped me be cost conscious. He is a great attorney and wonderful person as well.

So Thankful That Someone Recommended Gary Alembik!

I first met Gary Alembik in 2013 when I needed an attorney to help me with my divorce. I quickly perceived that Gary was a highly knowledgeable and skilled attorney. He is proficient & articulate both in and out of the courtroom. While he is very focused and intentional about the work at hand, he al...so takes the time to display respect, empathy, kindness and intuitiveness. Gary consistently returned calls and emails in a timely manner, with thorough well composed answers. During the few times he was delayed in responding to an email or phone call, he gave me a courtesy text message or email with an apology and a reason for the delay and a time frame for when he would contact me - I really appreciated that. I was shocked at the amount of paperwork involved in the legal process but he proved to be well organized and he filed all the required court documents on time while keeping me informed and copied during the entire process. He was always on top of the situation regardless of what unexpected event would occur. Gary's thoughtfulness and courteousness are displayed in simple gestures such as pouring his client a cup of coffee or glass of water, opening a door for you, asking how you are - and really caring about what you are saying. I learned that Gary was someone that I could trust. I had complete assurance that he was "on it". He never wasted time. Gary will share in brief, simple small talk, but will effortlessly shift gears to get down to business. He conducts himself with a level of professionalism, quality of character, moral uprightness & integrity that I have not seen in many people. His pursuit to do good and to make a difference in the lives of others extends outside of billable hours. Sound too good to be true? Definitely not. He fought for me and my daughter, he really cared about us and I was very proud to have him for my attorney. Gary Alembik is a truly impressive man, a unique individual and an AWESOME attorney. A++

I Can Highly Recommend Gary!

I never received anything but the best from Gary. I always receive same-day callbacks and immediate action. His advice has always been on point. He was always looking out not only for me, but also for my children. The few times my best interests were not the same as my children’s best interest he let... me know it and kept me on track in thinking about my children. He was always advising me to “take the high road,” and while it may not always have been easy, it was always the right thing to do, and paid off in the end. Gary cares about his clients and it shows in his actions and behavior. I always knew he was good just by talking to him in his office, but when we got to court he showed me another level of his brilliance! If you are looking for a lawyer that will make empty promises, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a lawyer that will talk straight to you, give you great advice, and fight for you inside and outside the courtroom, Gary Alembik is your man!
