An attorney who cares about you!

I am some what of a control freak and I know I can be difficult at times especially with my health and my case, but Seth was always understanding. Seth would take time out of his day to always explain the process and ease my worries. I read a comment about communication issues, but honestly I did not... receive such issues. If I could not reach him by phone I would always be able to reach him by email. Seth would also keep me informed about every communication he had with my adjuster. I was always aware of what was going on with my case. My advice in this very difficult time in your life is to go to all your appointments, give your attorney all your records for your doctor's visits, and get Seth Bader to fight for you. I am happy with my settlement and the help I recieved.

Wonderful Human Being and Great Attorney - Seth Bader

Seth Bader provided me with guidance throughout my case. He also referred me for a second opinion with a different doctor and ensured that all of my medical treatment and medical testing was authorized. He also fought a good fight for me because I know that my employer and insurance company were very... difficult to deal with. He also negotiated an excellent settlement for me. He and his staff made the whole process much easier for me and I will be forever grateful for what they did for me.

AWESOMENESS

The Bader Law firm team where all Awesome, They answered all my question the many times called just checking on things. They also informed me of everything I needed to do ahead of time. Also got me disability within three weeks of my injury, people tell me that's the fastest they ever heard of it goi...ng through. My checks where always on time and the one time it wasn't they contacted the insurance company right away, And Seth really fought for me when it was time to go into mediation, he explain what was about to happen and fought for me as long as it took to come to an agreement, which took 10 hours of hard negotiations until we agreed he worked hard and strong. SO YES I RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM WITH TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

Great Workers' Comp Attorney

I owe total success in the case to his patience and understanding of all the intricacies involved with my accident. His knowledgeable staff is... friendly and on top of everything.
