I signed up with this firm in march, went to medical treatment, and called and did everything I was suppose to do. There was even a camera at the place I got hurt at. I was suppose to go to physical therapy and couldnt get funding and been calling to finally get a call today saying that my case has b...een resigned I am pissed. I have a real case with real injuries. Its not my fault it wasn't moved on quickly by the lawyer. John foys office is a joke. They made me feel like they were going to handle everything now months later nothing is done and I'm left with bills. How could this in itself be legal??? Now I have to find some answers! Had i known they never contact you, never give the strong arm, never went or set a court date I would have went with someone else wasted 5 months!!! Be careful and my name is Kayode

I can't believe there are any good reviews. My son was attacked at age 14 by 2 75 pond dogs, permanent scarring, ambulance had to be called, and more. Met with Jon. After months he said he was too busy, passed us to another attorney. Then another, and yet one more. 3 years later he passed us to... an outside law firm who passed us down! 3 good lawyers and a paralegal quit Jon Foy because of what they do. 4 1/2 years later we found out they dropped my son's case and never told us. They told us they took depositions from the neighbors, but never did. We only hired him because he was a friend of my husband's. From 14 years old to 18 years old, they led my son and me on. After many calls to them, they responded by mailing us a letter that they dropped the case and said they had it closed. Never use them.

I signed on with this cracker jack of a law firm after being hurt in a head on collision. They arranged for me to go to the Dr's (one of their hired chiropractic firms) and sent someone to the office to "sign me up" that night!!! I have been UNHAPPY with them since!!!! Both the attorney and paraleg...al assigned to my case QUIT the firm and NONE of the clients assigned to those two people were notified. It's only after YOU call gripping about the lack of communication that you were informed. The new lawyer and paralegal are not much better. WHERE the hell did these people go to school? Both over the phone and in their professional communications it is all I can do to listen to their street lingo.
