I say they should change their slogan to WEAK ARM, strong arm they are not. I was hit from behind, totaled my car, they sent me to a doctor, once I was released and they settled, the amount they settled for I could have gotten without their help. It became a joke among me and my friends. Once they t...ook their share, paid the doctor, I barely got enough to buy lunch. The attorney that communicated with me, was cold and uncaring, when he advised what he had proposed as the settlement I ask if he could request more considering the out of pocket money I had spent result of no fault of mine. He pretty much shrugged it off and I'm paraphrasing (You didn't sustain any serious injuries) I strongly advise DO NOT let me repeat DO NOT use John Foy & Associates.

John Foy himself needs to get rid of this guy. I was in a terrible accident and went on to Hire John Foy as representation on my case that involves two big companies in the transportation industry right now. I got Duncan Harle who has to be a kid who was just good in school so he got a law degree. He... did not capitalize nor did he seek an amount close to fair on my case. If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. He has no edge as I’m sure the opposing side simply ran all over him. If I could give John Foy this biggest 0 I would as I will definitely sue again but I will be taking my case to another law firm as these guys are really equips to go to trial or atleast play the bluffing game as ALL lawyers do in this type of case. I am very unhappy with any services they provided me as majority of the time I felt as if I was my own representation but giving these guys 25 or more percent. Ridiculous.

I have been with John for an associates since November 2018 since then I have yet to have all my medical documentation in. I fired my previous attorney because it was taking over a year to get medical documentation the lawyer was stalling on my case so I called John Foy and Associates and they prom...ised me that I would receive better service than I have currently received from the previous attorney this is nowJune 2019 I have yet to see or hear about copies of medical documentation we have not reached a counter offer because we are still waiting on bills to come in I have stopped receiving medical care way before I contact the job for an associates I cannot understand what is going on with take so long I have to literally caught every week once a week to see how my cases coming along days I feel like is the biggest regret the biggest waste of time reading other reviews I see people are very disappointed with the wait time and then in the end they are barely granted any money whatsoever I feel like for John Foy and Associates taking all of this time to get my medical documentation me having to call so much about my case I feel it’s only fair that I should not have to pay a third of my settlement I feel as though that’s asking too much since I feel like I’m doing all the legwork

I hired them for a car accident where I was rear-ended and they sent me to a doctor after I went to the doctor and three weeks later they sent me a letter saying that they dropped my case I called them and because the case isn't worse enough to them it wasn't in their best interest to take the case I... don't know why they wouldn't tell me that when I explained everything to them exactly what happened and now they say I'm stuck with the medical bills and they charge me almost $2,000 for a exam they did nothing except sit there and said they refer me to another doctor there are a bunch of crooks and now I'm in collection for a one-time office visit at Peachtree spine Association I don't know how they can justify charging someone almost $2,000 for a one-time office visit and and not be a crook plus everything was supposed to be covered by John Foy yeah they really take care of you right their motto is the strong arm but what they don't tell you is yours case there be a slam dunk or they're not going to take your case.

I hired John Foy after being involved in a rear end collision. I received an email with a settlement agreement for $24,500. A month after signing the agreement, I contacted my attorney (you'll never see or hear from Foy himself) he told me that there was an error and I had to resign an agreement fo...r a $20,000 settlement. I have all the emails if anyone cares to review them. They will NOT get you a fair settlement.
