Highly Recommend!!

Mr. Tobin is the best lawyer, in my opinion! English is not my first language, and somethings were hard for me to understand at first. Mr. Tobin took his time, and carefully explained everything until I understood. When I had questions, either by phone or email, I got a very quick response back. ...Not only did I receive the most understanding consultation, he also got me a win, and a wonderful settlement for my case! I know who I will recommend to my friends and family, from now on!

Knowledgeable and professional

Darren was very knowledgeable about the claim process and explained what I could expect. He was always available and patient. I felt very comfortable accepting his recommendations with regard to when and what to accept as final settlement of my automobile collision claim.

Attorney You Can Trust

I hired Darren Tobin to represent me in a slip and fall case and it was the best decision I could have made. He made me feel like I was his only client. He kept me updated throughout the case. I never had to wonder if my case was lost in the pile. When I called him, I actually got him on the telepho...ne or he returned my call when I had to leave a voicemail. He was available and easily accessible. When I called him I did not have to remind him what case I was calling about. He knew immediately. The attention to me as a client didn't stop with him. When I went into the office to meet Darren for the first time, I was introduced to his partner, Jeb Butler and the entire staff. They confirmed I was in good hands. I received such personable attention. As my case was winding down, Jeb and Darren partnered to bring about the best possible solution for me. During the deposition, my doctor gave a damaging testimony that hurt my case. Both Darren and Jeb told me while it hurt my case, they would be willing to take my case to court and did not push me into settling. Darren's tenacity prevailed. He arranged a mediation and was able to get me a settlement within $500 of what I wanted. If you are looking for an attorney who does not hand you off to a paralegal, an attorney who does not take on a lot of cases just to get paid and will keep you well informed, an attorney who will take and return your calls, an attorney whom you can trust to get you the most out of your case then I highly recommend Darren Tobin.

More than just a lawyer....

First let me start by saying, Darren (a.k.a Mr.Tobin) is one of the best lawyers that I have ever met and worked with. Are you looking for a lawyer that makes you feel like family? Are you looking for a lawyer that will always have your best interest at heart? Are you looking for a lawyer that makes ...you feel as if your the only case he's working on? Better yet, are you looking for a lawyer that actually keeps you updated on your case? Well I have found that in Darren Tobin. I have used him for all of my car accidents; and yes I have been in a few. He makes me feel like a family member. When I call him and give him that details as of what is going on, he begins working on my case asap... Working with other lawyers, I always felt like I had to call them to get updates on my case, and when I did finally get them in the phone, I felt like I was interrupting them. When I met Mr. Tobin, I knew this would be a long lasting relationship. He made me feel comfortable around him, I didn't feel like I was talking to a lawyer. Even after my case was settled, Mr. Tobin still emailed me for holidays, or just to check in to see how I was doing. Many times, after your case has been settled you never hear from your lawyer again. If you looking for a lifetime lawyer, look no further..... Darren Tobin is definitely the full package, and you will not be disappointed.... Spend your money with someone that cares...

Give me what I deserve

Dear, Darren I'm very proud of what you and your staff did for me even my English was not very clear, you make me feel you understand every words, that was nice. The way you treated me was very kind.
