My experience with Darren Tobin was entirely positive.

Working with Darren and his assistant, Campbell was so easy. I received VIP treatment. Darren listened until I was sure that he understood all the aspects of my situation. He explained things clearly, gave me time to think matters over, and respected my decisions. He provided me with realistic e...xpectations and a clear time frame. He also communicated with me regularly to keep me up to date on the progress of my case, and he was good to his word. The members of office staff at Tobin Injury Law are also cheerful and helpful. I am delighted with the results of Darren’s work on my behalf.

Great to Work With

Darren and his team helped me when I was rear-ended in April 2021, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. They worked hard to get me a fair result from the other driver's insurance company, and kept me informed every step of the process. Very pleased with my experience with Tobin Injury Law..., and I would recommend to anyone else injured in a car accident.

The best law firm to work with

Tobin Injury Law is by far the best firm to work with. They came locked & loaded by representing me so flawlessly throughout the entire process. I never had to worry about any aspects of my case. Darren was available from the first time we spoke. His consistency, availability & professionalism is unm...atched. Devin who is Darrens paralegal/assistant was extremely helpful & resourceful. Excellent. Justice.

Really great help from Darren and his team. I was very happy with the result of the case. They were really helpful with questions throughout the process, and so much more accommodating than the big companies on TV I talked with. Hopefully I never need them again, but if i do, Darren is my go to for m...e and my friends and family.

Amazing and professional

My experience with his Darren Tobin lawyers has been amazing. Even through the cove it 19 shut downs, him and his staff have been very close with communication and updates and very hands-on. They have kept me in the loop get me with all the details and information that I need. And I would choose him ...as my lawyer if I am ever in another situation where needed. He’s very upfront with everything. And there’s nothing that blindsided me. Which in these days is hard to come by. He was very thorough and very firm with the other lawyers and I’m happy with the outcome that I’ve gotten from the Tobin office. From him to his staff to his assistant they were all great and lovely. And I really appreciate them coming to me and out of the way to sign certain documents in the beginning and checking on me through the whole process. The court system and the other lawyers did not make it easy through the Covid situation but my lawyer stood there by me through the whole process and I really appreciate it. I would refer him and I have referred him to anybody that are in need of a lawyer. He will definitely be saved in my favorites.
