Superb Litigation

Torbin and Butler are a cut above the rest. They are hard working, personable, and go the extra mile. Earlier this year I was involved in an unbelievably bad car accident that left me severely injured, unable to work, and uncertain of what to do. Torbin and Butler represented me and did so without... reservation. They were the third law firm that I approached, the other two told me in no uncertain terms that I did not have a case. They, however, took my case and fought indefatigably for me. They settled my case in much less time than I anticipated as well. The team was professional yet friendly making me feel welcome and exuding a sense of competency that was very reassuring. When all was said and done they fought so hard that they settled for a larger amount than what we originally theorized was feasible. They will work with and fight for you to the absolute best of their considerable ability. I will be returning if I have any other legal problems and also will be recommending them to any of my friends and family.

Show me the money!!!!!

I would like to thank the Butler Tobin Firm on their amazing job they did for me and my family. Darren and I walked away from mediation after 5 hours with an offer that was less than Darren thought we could get if I went to trial. Two months later when we were getting ready for trial the insurance co...mpany offered more money and I settled my case for $200,000. Im happy i came across someone who had my best interest in mind. Very caring, helpful attorney!

Our son was injured in a serious car accident and we found Darren Tobin by searching local attorneys. We called and left a message of his injury with his assistant and Darren called us back within a short time. He took time to talk to us while he was on vacation with his family and gave us informa...tion we needed even before we hired him. He treated all of us like a member of his family and helped us through the process. We appreciated that he communicated with us directly, not through an assistant.
