Mr. Fogle is an excellent immigration lawyer--I believe one of the top immigration lawyers around. He obtained my step-father's green card and citizenship and my step-father can hardly speak English! He has helped a number of my friends and my mother's friends with their green cards, visa and preve...nted them from being deported. He has one more Immigration law cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit than any other attorney and sued the Department of Homeland Security numerous times and forced them to do what they are supposed to do. He is honest, hard working and not intimidated by Immigration. He has a great team of lawyers and support staff at his firm too. If you have an immigration issue or problem I would highly recommend his firm.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking immigration representation. My experience was frustrating from beginning to end due to poor communication, lack of accessibility, and a general lack of support throughout my case. One of the biggest issues was that it was nearly impossible t...o speak directly with the attorney handling my case. Whenever I called, I was usually told the attorney was unavailable and was transferred to a paralegal instead. Unfortunately, the paralegals often did not seem familiar with the details of my case and were unable to answer basic questions. Many calls resulted in long hold times while they searched for information. If I wanted to speak directly with my attorney, I was often told that I needed to schedule an appointment, sometimes a week or more in advance, just to ask questions about my own case. For clients going through a stressful immigration process, that level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Even visiting the office could be frustrating. The building requires the front desk to approve visitors before they can come upstairs, yet there were times when the office would not answer the phone when building staff called to let them know a client had arrived. My immigration interview was another disappointing experience. Rather than making me feel prepared, supported, and confident, the attorney’s presence actually increased my anxiety. During the interview, I felt like I was left to answer most of the questions on my own despite having legal representation present. I also felt that the firm was far more focused on collecting fees than on providing quality client service. The office presents a very polished and upscale image, but that level of professionalism was not reflected in the communication, responsiveness, or attention given to my case. Immigration matters are life-changing and incredibly stressful. Clients deserve attorneys who are accessible, knowledgeable about their cases, and willing to provide guidance when it’s needed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm, and I would not recommend them.
