We started back in 2009 when immigration picked me up for "False Claim to be US Citizen" in my DMV on my Driver licence application. After multiple hearings in a courtroom to grand me a Bond, Immigration Judge Cassady from Atlanta, denied my Bond and eventually, after 13 hearings, he Ordered my depor...tation. Judge was doing his job - deport all you can ASAP. All that time i did spend in Alabama detention center for Immigrants. Glenn filed petition to BIA with all mistakes that were made by Judge in my case. I did spend another 6 month in detention. When my case was reviewed - same day i was a free man. I was in a limbo of waiting for my green card for 8+ years. Nothing was going on. Lost and forgotten. Tired of waiting, Glenn Helped me to file Mandamus and it didnt take long for USCIS to send me an invitation for the interview. I got my Citizenship today without having physical green card. Today my immigration case with Glenn Fogle is closed. I did get my Citizenship. Saga is over. Working with Glenn was not just a total Success but a great experience as well.
