My very sincere appreciation to Team Fogle Law Firm! When i hired the Fogle Law Firm, i was in a very bad shape with the immigration, my first I-751 application was denied by Immigration and from experience, denials of sort are typically very complicated to fix. Most Law firms i contacted prior on...ly offered little or no hope. One Firm tried talking me into taking my case to the immigration court (which will cost a fortune without any guarantee of reinstatement of my cancelled green card). I was referred to Attorney Glen Fogle, who reviewed my case and assured me my green card could be temporarily reinstated if we file a new I-751. It sounded impossible but i gave it a try though. My file was handed over to Javaria who took time to put my new application together, and upon submission of this application, I was shocked that not only was my new I-751 application accepted, my permanent residence status was temporarily extended again for 1 year while Immigration reviewed my new application. After 4years of wait, i was invited for another interview with the immigration. Attorney Brian provided much support for my interview and his presence during the interview was also priceless. On the 5th of August 2019, my case was successfully adjudicated - My Permanent Green card was re-instated.
