Settlement Agreement

I met with Brianna to consult on a settlement agreement from my former employer and received more than what I paid. Brianna is an active listener as well as an effective communicator and was very concise in explaining the "legal jargon", which made me feel at ease. She gave me the best advice as t...o how I should move forward. She was genuine in the delivery of recommendations and she answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Brianna was very compassionate to my situation and gave me some very encouraging words that has allowed me to put this situation to rest and move on. Although I came in for a consultation, if I needed to proceed forward with litigation, I would have definitely hired her. So before you sign or agree to anything, I highly recommend consulting with Brianna. I came to her office feeling bitter about the situation, but left feeling encouraged about the opportunity to reassess and reinvent myself, so I can pursue that which will give me purpose and that I am passionate about. I am off to create my vision board and do some traveling.

Excellent Attorney

When I first contacted Brianna in regards to a claim I had against my former employer, she was very receptive and open to what I had to say. She listened with great intent and sympathized with me and the struggles I was going through at the time. When Brianna decided to take on my case, she was very... professional, on-time, determined and prompt. More importantly she was warm, caring and endearing. Brianna’s hard work and due diligence led to a substantial settlement agreement between me and my former employer. Brianna is not a scared lawyer, she thinks outside the box and she fights for the people that have no voice. I would recommend Brianna any day of the week.

Detail-oriented, relentless, straightforward

Ms. Williams' handling of my case was spectacular in every way. It started before I was laid off, when my employer began making noises that led me to believe my job was in jeopardy. Ms. Williams urged me to document my concerns in a letter to my bosses, a move that proved invaluable when, a month l...ater, I was told I was out of a job. She then took the lead, helping me assess my options and putting together a case. She followed up with keen attention to detail in negotiations that lasted several months. Throughout, she was polite and warm -- with all parties involved -- but unflappable. Finally, after wearing down her legal adversaries, she extracted a settlement I'm happy about. For me, the experience was emotionally draining. It's no fun taking on the legal department of a big, fancy corporation. But Ms. Williams made it as painless as it could be. Throughout the ordeal, she kept me informed about what was going on, showing patience and empathy while moving steadily toward the goal. I give her my highest recommendation.

Attorney was very pleasant and giving of her time

It was very thoughtful of Attorney Williams to willingly call me after hours to discuss my legal matter. She took the time to pull my complaint and review it prior to calling me. She also spent more time than I could have hoped for to discuss my issues. The concerns I have is with the analysis of my ...case and her opinion that most of my issues were moot, not timely and does not fall under Title VII. I was not given any positive aspects but only the negative. I am a a paralegal of 23 yrs. therefore; based on my own research, I was reluctant in the opinions given by Attorney Williams. As a result, I consulted with another attorney who differs with her opinion and believes that all of my issues are valid, timely and does fall under Title VII. To that end, I retained the Attorney who believe I do have a good strong case and that he could aggressively advocate and pursue my issues and positions in my favor. I do believe thatcAttorney Williams is a good, kind and caring attorney with good intentions.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your case. Often attorneys have a difference of opinion regarding the strength of a case and whether there was a violation of the law that is actionable. Thus, although my assessment regarding the timeliness of issues raised in your matter may not have been to your liking (thus my unwillingness to take on your case), I am delighted that you found an attorney who is willing to work hard and advocate on your behalf. I wish you all the best going forward.
