My sister was detained by ICE from the port of entry upon arrival because they did not think she will leave after her visit having been in the US prior. She was in court and secured a three week extension of the hearing from the judge. She followed up with the ICE officers in charge and by the next hearing date, my sister was released. Ms. Shirazi is an excellent and a very knowledgeable immigration attorney and has a very good understanding and working experience with Atlanta immigration judges.
