Conviction Overturned

To see Attorney Andrew Fleischman argue before the court is nothing less than amazing. My brother faced 25 yrs in prison and this gifted attorney cited case law after case law, revealing legal error and won a new trial. He honestly cares about his client's rights and the family. You won't find a bett...er attorney to fight your appeal. My brother now has another chance to prove his innocence thanks to Andrew Fleischman and Noah Pines of Ross & Pines Law Firm.

You guys have been such a pleasure to represent. Thank you for the review. The fight continues, but I think we've given your brother a real chance. He's lucky to have you in his corner.

Heaven sent

In 2012 I was convicted of agg assault and sentenced to the max 20 years. I was introduced to Mr.Fleischman in the early to mid 2015. (While still in jail) Mr.Fleishman unlike other attorneys I've had opening line to me was.( ok Mr. Bradley) you have to help me help you to get home to your family...) side note people. Alot of attorneys already have a set way of dealing with cases. But not Andrew Fleishman I know first hand he will focus on your case and your case only when it is in front of him he is by far one of the smartest and hard working attorneys I have ever seen i even had the privilege to watch him work on other people cases such as Murder cases and agg assault cases etc.. Mr.Fleishman has a very intense work ethic and is very good at what he does.....
