Joshua Lowther is simply phenomenal from start to finish. We could not have had a more knowledgeable and considerate attorney for our friend. Dealing with a public defender is difficult when going through the process. It bad someone in my situation get easier sentence for capital murder from the state than for a non violent crime. someone hires someone to kill their husband and gets ten years and some one with no violence on their record g...ets double. Anybody would be looking for a deal.
