I hired Attorney Jillian Sandt to represent me in a civil matter involving a contested quit claim. After listening to my concerns and the facts of the case, Attorney Sandt quickly went to work. Attorney Sandt remained in constant communication with the plaintiff's attorney(s). By far, this was no... easy task because in the middle of arbitration, the plaintiff switched his original attorney, only to revert back to the same counsel towards the end of the process. I was being sued by a 3rd party debt collector for a debt that was allegedly mine. I responded to the claim as a "pro se" defendant but started to feel anxiety about the process so I sought counsel. The day before my court date, another attorney referred Jillian. I called her and we discussed my case... and she asked my expectations of an outcome.
