Advance Directive

I can’t say enough positive things about Fennell, Briasco & Associates. I owe my future to her

When I called Atty Fennell for a consultation, I was a terrified, nervous wreck coming from a very imbalanced power dynamic within my marriage. While we had mutually agreed to separate, his idea of fair and what each of us should be entitled to in settlement was anything but. Within 20 minutes, A...tty Fennell swiftly put all my fears to rest, explained how the law works and how she expected things to turn out in my case. She and Kelly are a phenomenal team and the firm seems run like a fine-tuned machine. They did their best to keep my costs low, always communicated as often as necessary or requested, responded to every question or concern I had along the way in an extremely timely manner, kept me informed, gave me advice and propped me up when I’d start getting anxious or going down rabbit holes of worry. I can honestly say that I owe my future to Atty Fennell. She and Kelly have helped me grow a backbone and understand my worth. Because of them, the outcome of this case ended better than I’d ever have expected with a result that WAS truly fair. I am able to focus on my child and my future now without worrying how on earth I’m ever going to make it, and I have them to thank for it. Atty Fennell is no nonsense, straight to the point, extremely knowledgeable and did not let anyone bully me through this process….and coming from the dynamic I lived…you have to understand how huge of an undertaking that is. Honest and to the point. Helped me through a very hard divorce

I was facing a very contentious and expensive divorce. Caryn kept my head level and my expectations realistic. I would stress and spazz out over issues and Caryn would explain the process/law to me. Having an attorney with experience, compassion, and the ability to get a point across to the other sid...e was invaluable. Thanks to Caryn’s hard work, the divorce is done and my finances are not in complete tatters.

Divorce is like a death.

Divorce is like a death. It’s an end to a life together and the beginning to trials and tribulations. When you are going through such a life changing occurrence you truly need to hire an attorney that will be there to hold you up when you can’t stand. To encourage you when you feel helpless and ma...kes you feel like you are not alone. To withstand the battle that you’re in and take you under her wing. That attorney is Caryn Fennell. She has gone far beyond the call of duty as an attorney. She will take all the time needed to help you understand and guide you through your trials and tribulations. It's simply amazing how she will ensure that you are okay each step of the way. When I say she's an amazing attorney, I truly mean it. She will get to the bottom of every misconception; any untruths told and advise you to never lie to her. She wants to help you and encourage you to keep yourself in check and on the up and up with every step you take. At times, she’ll take you on a legal path and you will need to say Caryn, I don’t understand, please say that in English - LOL. She’ll advise you to not leave out any details and most importantly listen to her advice, because she has your best interest at heart. I’m eternally grateful that she was the attorney chosen first; because I have friends that chose other attorney's and the job preformed wasn't adequate, and how costly this is after you've spent so much money. If you want an attorney to uphold the law with integrity and grit she’s your attorney and she will NOT disappoint you. The divorce isn't finalized yet, but each day is hard work with emotions, trials and fighting for custody. Most divorces are messy and lots to be aired out but having an attorney you can trust and converse with daily, if needed, is unique. She will be there to ease your worry and will fight to the end for you and that too is simply golden. She knows the law and before you know it she will know your case better than you do. I encourage you to hire her; don’t waste any more valuable time.

A great lawyer who is tenacious and fights for truth and brings results

I hired Caryn in the middle of my case after some deceptive and criminal actions from the opposing side were discovered. When I filed for divorce, me and my children were thrown into what came to be a 2 year legal battle for just a short 3 year marriage from a woman I met on the internet. Defending... my prenup agreement and having to watch my children be thrown into this divorce and go through such a traumtic experience. As all I was seeking was shared custody with equal parenting time for them. What should be the rights of all parents and children!! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Caryn Fennell and her Team for the tremendous work they have done for me and my children. These last two years have been so emotionally exhuasting for me and definitely the most dificult time in my life. During this time I have managed to come in contact with some of the most amazing people. I am so grateful for all the work they have all put in for me and my children during this dificult time. At times what seemed hopeless and just so for lack of a better word "crazy", was turned into a situation which was favorable and we ended up winning our case essentially getting enforcement of my prenup and ending up exactly with what we offered when I filed for divorce. All the hours, the dedication, and passion put in, to come to this resolution is an incredible victory not just for me and my boys, but for other parents that are put in such a terrible position There is certainly hope when at times it felt so hopeless in the beginning. I was kept in check many times as it was hard to not be emotional during this case. Caryn was AMAZING and it was hard to not be emotional as she was giving her closing statement. She brought it all together from the beginning to the end and gave the Judge and the court a picture of what we all had to go through to prove our case. I can't say enough of how incredibly inpressed I am with Caryn and all of her staff for the outcome. I will be forever grateful and every time I look at my children I am reminded of all the people that have helped to bring them back into my life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Caryn and her team have given my children a chance to have their father in their lives and given them back an opportunity that was so aggreagously taken from them through no fault of their own.
