I owe my future to her

When I called Atty Fennell for a consultation, I was a terrified, nervous wreck coming from a very imbalanced power dynamic within my marriage. While we had mutually agreed to separate, his idea of fair and what each of us should be entitled to in settlement was anything but. Within 20 minutes, A...tty Fennell swiftly put all my fears to rest, explained how the law works and how she expected things to turn out in my case. She and Kelly are a phenomenal team and the firm seems run like a fine-tuned machine. They did their best to keep my costs low, always communicated as often as necessary or requested, responded to every question or concern I had along the way in an extremely timely manner, kept me informed, gave me advice and propped me up when I’d start getting anxious or going down rabbit holes of worry. I can honestly say that I owe my future to Atty Fennell. She and Kelly have helped me grow a backbone and understand my worth. Because of them, the outcome of this case ended better than I’d ever have expected with a result that WAS truly fair. I am able to focus on my child and my future now without worrying how on earth I’m ever going to make it, and I have them to thank for it. Atty Fennell is no nonsense, straight to the point, extremely knowledgeable and did not let anyone bully me through this process….and coming from the dynamic I lived…you have to understand how huge of an undertaking that is. Hiring her is quite literally one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I absolutely would recommend her firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Mom's Don't Always Win

I Am Very Thankful The Law Firm Of Caryn S. Fennell Is On MY TEAM! Prior to meeting Caryn and team, I went through over two years of hearings to finally secure my divorce. It was a very tough time to get there. My hometown, as I have learnt since moving away, has an incestuous / good ole boys & ...girls legal system. Fast Forward, post-divorce and even after having things stacked against me from the onset, I get served again…my ex-spouse wants to take my guardianship rights away from our disabled adult child. I did not know where to turn! I contacted someone that helped me post my divorce for input and was strongly advised to seek counsel outside of my hometown. “You have no one that can provide you support locally…the whole county knows about your divorce and you cannot get unbiased representation. Give me 24 hours and I’ll get you someone that can give you the support you need.” The next day, I was advised, “Please contact Caryn Fennell in Woodstock GA.” I Made The Call! You get support, commitment, dedication, backing…KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AND OF THE LAW. I will state, that Caryn “schooled” the opposing counsel and made sure the system fully understood what the law states, even when they weren’t aware of those laws in the “books.” I sat there in court during our first hearing listening and watching…it was a situation of whom was teaching whom. I was in shock at how prepared Caryn and her team were to deal with my case. I HAVE MY DREAM TEAM! Finally, I knew I had someone that was there to protect my interests and to take no cheap shots from the opposing side. At the end of those proceedings, Caryn lead the charge and I retained my rights…even securing sole guardianship. #Dad’sWinToo! There is so much more that the Team @ The Law Firm of Caryn S. Fennell has done for me with this case and other proceedings. I have debated on what to share. I could write a novel about all of those many things. If you are faced with making a decision on whom to choose for legal counsel and support, think about and ask yourself these questions: Do you need someone to help you take action? Do you need someone to “right” a “wrong?” Do you simply want to have a highly competent team that excels in Family Law to support you? Then make the call. I did it! You’ll be more than satisfied with your decision, if you do!

Honest and to the point. Helped me through a very hard divorce

I was facing a very contentious and expensive divorce. Caryn kept my head level and my expectations realistic. I would stress and spazz out over issues and Caryn would explain the process/law to me. Having an attorney with experience, compassion, and the ability to get a point across to the other sid...e was invaluable. Thanks to Caryn’s hard work, the divorce is done and my finances are not in complete tatters.

Sound and empathetic representation

I hired Caryn to represent me in my recent divorce. As anyone who has been through a divorce knows, these situations are tough as they are fraught with emotion (on both sides). By bringing her deep knowledge of the law and related procedures together with compassion and empathy, Caryn and her helpful... team supported me through a difficult decision and listened to what I wanted and needed while ensuring at all times that I was protected and thinking about things objectively even when it was hard to do. So Grateful for Caryn and her Team

I wish my children were not constantly involved in legal battles my ex-wife creates, but they are. It all makes me sick for them but i could not have picked a better legal team than Caryn and her staff. She is so good at planning out a path for every client that makes sense for their case. I have ...had some that Caryn was heavily involved and others that her staff handled mostly, but all were masterminded by Caryn to make sure I would win and save money at the same time. I could not recommend a better lawyer for people battling against their ex for their children which as Caryn says, is my "most precious asset." I would rather not need a lawyer and I would rather never have to pay lawyer fees, but since I do, then I am so glad this is my firm. Caryn makes sure she uses her whole team to save you money so you are paying lawyer time for administrative work. She balances your emotional needs with your financial budget. Hiring a lawyer to solve your problems is VERY expensive, but Caryn and her team try to save you money and solve your problems for half the cost of other lawyers. Hiring her is a no brainer. Thank you everyone at Caryn's Firm. My family and I love you. YOU ARE THE BEST!
