Shawn was very nice on the phone during our first discussion of my case and explained his services. However he became very hard to get emails or phone calls back from once he started the case, after I PAID HIM. I tried to work with the guy and bent over backwards to wait for his replies and call him ...during business hours once every two weeks as not to bother him. Shared with him he could email me with a quick email updating me in my messages. It was very difficult to get responses from him. My case was a mistake. It was an open and shut case when I gave it over to Shawn to clear. One call to the prosecutor and the case was dropped. The paperwork Shawn stated he would handle, after the case, was not. I never heard back from him after multiple calls. I felt lied to and a sales pitch was handed to me on the outset of the case to get my money. I can not recommend people who have a professional degree and lack integrity, are unprofessional both in response and what they state. Beware!
