I just wanted to leave a statement commending Mr. Dane Garland and Mr. Jason Swindle on their exemplary work regarding my case. With my case, there were several extenuating factors which led to some extremely complex negotiations by Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle on my behalf. Both of these lawyers work...ed tirelessly to convince the District Attorney that my situation did not warrant what the State Court was preparing to impose. Literally, the night prior to my court date, the District Attorney was still planning to charge me to the full extent of the law. Mr. Garland and Mr. Swindle continued working vigilantly throughout the morning, as other cases were being heard by the judge, and they were able to get the District Attorney to agree to a sentencing reduction. I was fully prepared this morning to experience an extremely harsh situation, as the situation seemed to be nearing the point of no return.
