MR. SWINDLE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME GET THE CHARGES REDUCED DOWN SO IT WOULDNT GO AGAINST MY DRIVING RECORD. THANKS ALOT.

Unjustified stop and search

Jason did a wonderful job. He is very professional, knows how to communicate the law in layman's terms and is very personable, which is extremely critical when dealing with the public and the justice system.

DUI fiasco

Do not pay 5000.00 for this man to represent you.He is in bed with Ga.State Patrol.You would do better with a public defender.Jason did the opposite of everything I requested. If I had it to again I would represent myself or P.D. Buyer be ware.Seriously
