Worker’s Compensation

I was injured at work in 2019 and was barely getting by with Worker’s Compensation. I wanted to hire an Attorney but had no idea who to contact. I looked on the Internet and found Jason Perkins, when me and my wife contacted his office they immediately made us feel like we were important to them. We ...hired Jason to represent me and from that moment on him and his staff took care of everything we needed. If it was concerning my Worker’s Compensation case, he handled it. We were kept informed with every step that was taken and I did not have to worry about things being took care of. We never had any problems working with his Office, they were not pushy and allowed us to make every decision concerning my case no matter how small. My case was against a company that is known for not settling Worker’s Compensation cases but that never stopped them from pushing to get what I needed and deserved. My case was settled and due to Jason and his staff I feel like I received a settlement that would have never been possible without them fighting for me daily. I never had to come out of pocket with any money, he was only paid when he settled my case. If you’re looking for a Worker’s Compensation Attorney, Jason Perkins is your man. Made things easy

If you find yourself having to deal with the workers comp system I highly recommend talking to Jason and his team asap. They will do the best they can to make the best out of a bad situation. I hope I never have to use them again, but I wouldn’t hesitate if put in that situation again.

Top Notch Staff and Attorney

Jason and his staff were great to work with throughout this entire process. As soon as they knew something, I would be informed. Not only that, Jason and his staff genuinely care about you and your well-being. I would put him and his staff against anyone in the state.

Workers Comp

Perkins was a fantastic firm to work with. They kept good contact with me, and were exceedingly helpful and friendly. They utilized videos to help explain the different stages of the workers comp process. These videos were in-depth and if I had further questions they were quick to answer them. After,... the case was finished, Perkins maintained contact in case of further help was needed, and to make sure everything is going well.
