Kind & knowledgeable attorney

Jason is a compassionate human being and knowledgeable attorney. After another Workers' Comp. attorney sucked all of the money out of my case and then dropped it, I was left to handle my case on my own/Pro Se or let my case end without me getting any further WC benefits. In doing WC research, I ca...me across an article in Jason's blog. His site was a wealth of information but I still had questions. I called the Perkins Studdard office. I explained that I was Pro Se on my case and I had some questions about a blog topic that Jason had posted. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and professional. When I spoke with Jason, he talked with me for more than 30 minutes. He answered my questions, encouraged my efforts, told me to contact him if I had additional questions AND he meant it. In the subsequent years that I have been defending my WC claim, I have contacted Jason on more than a few occasions. He has always been prompt to respond and generous in sharing his legal expertise. I highly recommend Jason Perkins. I wish I had found him sooner.

Worker's Compensation Case

Jason Perkins of Perkins Studdard LLC was a great asset to me in my worker's compensation case. When I was first injured, the insurance adjuster that I was dealing with was very difficult with me, and kept giving me the run around over approving physical therapy as rehabilitation for my injury. I s...pent several weeks dealing with them and had no success. Out of frustration I decided to contact a lawyer, and I located Jason's firm. On the very same day that I enlisted Jason's help, I received a call from the insurance company asking me to set a date and time for my first physical therapy appointment. From that point onward Jason was my intermediary with the adjuster (I never had to call them again), and he provided advice and counsel over a range of different issues that pertained to my case. This includes but was not limited to; setting up doctor appointments for check ups, filing paperwork for reimbursement for mileage on my vehicle to and from doctor appointments, physical therapy appointments, and negotiating a final settlement with the insurance company for lost ability to work. The final value of that settlement exceeded the amount that I had told him I would be willing to accept. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend Jason Perkins of Perkins Studdard LLC for representation in the handling of any worker's compensation case.
