A Professional who you can Trust

I have completely enjoyed and valued working with Robert Tharp so far. While our interactions have been brief it is clear that I am working with a personable, professional and dedicated Attorney. Robert is not like many attorney's that I have worked with who bill "by the minute". He is extremely ...careful with his billings and I have received great value for the advice that he has delivered. I found Robert to be extremely knowledgeable on Family and Business Law with good insight to Wills and Trust work, all of which I needed in my case. He also was able and very willing to connect me with the right legal resources when it was outside of his area of expertise. I highly recommend Robert to any one who may be in need of good legal representation or advice within his areas of speciality.

BAD EXPERIENCE/DO NOT RECOMMEND THARP

Would NOT recommend Bob Tharp. He is not prepared, does not work with any detailed information I provided and not knowledgable. Only concerned about how many hours he can bill the client. My divorce dragged into long periods of time and hearing nothing from him- his paralegal did all the work. Too la...te in the proceedings to change and too costly--should have fired him early on and gotten another-- He is the worst, doesn't 't care about the outcome only cares about the billable hours.

Poor Choice

This lawyer is terrible, is calling and taking consultations and not actually taking any clients, just having people come in for consultations and billing for them. Any divorce lawyer that has his receptionist taking payment up front and will not give you an hour of their time for a phone consultatio...n and only wants you to come in and keeps looking at his watch and is not prepared even though you have gone thru your case over the phone is terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone and would avoid this firm at all costs.
