Simply The Best Family Law Attorney In The State Of Georgia

From the outset, Mr. Tharpe was there for me, both personally, professionally, and emotionally. Easy to speak to, yet extremely intelligent and dynamic, he is an out of the box thinker in the most difficult of times. He not only fought for what was right, but he fought for what was fair; for myself..., and my children. I can never thank him enough for his time, energy, and worth ethic. Simply stated, if you are contemplating hiring a family law/divorce attorney, Bob should be your first call.

Wise, tenacious and strategic winner

Tenacious. Took a difficult case and plotted a long-term winning strategy that worked ! Possesses deep insight into character and behavior of other people and put it to use. Deep knowledge of law and great consultation skills. Kept me on the good outcome side of a difficult divorce. Knows when... to pick up the phone, and is sensitive to needs.

Compassionate & Knowledgeable Attorney!!!

Attorney Bob Tharp helped me through a very difficult case to say the least. I was unable to retain a lawyer during my actual divorce, but two years later was referred to Bob by a friend and he recommended filing for a modification. Upon first review, my case appeared to be a lost cause, but becaus...e of his years of experience and vast knowledge of divorce law and the process, he was able to win my case and put me in a much more favorable situation. Bob is by far the most approachable attorney I have met to date, he was always there for me during this tough time, and he really seemed to be caring and empathetic.

BAD EXPERIENCE/DO NOT RECOMMEND THARP

Would NOT recommend Bob Tharp. He is not prepared, does not work with any detailed information I provided and not knowledgable. Only concerned about how many hours he can bill the client. My divorce dragged into long periods of time and hearing nothing from him- his paralegal did all the work. Too la...te in the proceedings to change and too costly--should have fired him early on and gotten another-- He is the worst, doesn't 't care about the outcome only cares about the billable hours.

Poor Choice

This lawyer is terrible, is calling and taking consultations and not actually taking any clients, just having people come in for consultations and billing for them. Any divorce lawyer that has his receptionist taking payment up front and will not give you an hour of their time for a phone consultatio...n and only wants you to come in and keeps looking at his watch and is not prepared even though you have gone thru your case over the phone is terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone and would avoid this firm at all costs.
