quite literally saved my life.

I could not have asked for a better lawyer. Steven made things happen that no other attorney could. He is stern, but kind. He is persistent, & gets the job done! He managed to speed up every single process. He got me released quickly, even though when i first got there i was not even eligible for a b...ond, & on top of that - got it dropped down from 50K to 5K with the prosecution before i even had to be seen in front of a judge. I was on probation during the time i got my new charges, & not only did he handle the case i hired him for - he went above & beyond & kept me out of jail for the violation of probation. Let me just tell you - this man KNOWS how to talk! He helped a 5 felony case be thrown out entirely. I promise you - if steven isn’t your lawyer, you’re doing it wrong! This is the man that saved my future, & made me feel safe & confident when I was facing a very scary case. If i ever need a lawyer again, i won’t even think to consult anywhere else but right here. If you’re looking for an attorney, you can stop now - because you just found the BEST one out there. Steven, i’ll never be able to thank you enough!

Steve Shewmaker is the real deal!!!!!!

I was facing two felony charges and after three days of Steve's hard work and dedication for justice, he was able to get both charges dropped and arrest warrants recalled. Steve showed how he truly cares for his clients by sacrificing his own quality family time during the 4th of July holiday, in whi...ch he drove over a hour each way for three consecutive days to meet face to face with the District Attorney and the Judge to resolve my case. Steve lives by the "Attorneys' Code of Ethics" and without his expert knowledge of law, I would have been wrongfully prosecuted. Integrity and honor

When I first contacted Shewmaker and Shewmaker, I was deployed to a forward area trying to navigate through a messy separation, divorce and multiple allegations made by my spouse to my chain of command ranging from adultery and non-payment of support to treason. I cannot adequately express the degree... to which Steve and his wife saved my life and my career. They helped me through my marathon divorce, medical discharge from the Army, clearing me of all allegations with my chain of command, and being cleared of all the allegations that stood against me that could have cost me my security clearance and my livelihood. Steve interceded on my behalf with the military and was co-counsel in my divorce proceedings. The assistance I received from Shewmaker and Shewmaker was more than what any other lawyer could have provided. They helped me, guided me through military and civilian courts and legal knots, and stood by me through years of legal entanglements. I would not be where I am if not for them. War Heroes and Civilians are not Alone!!

As soldier life can hit us hard without reason, warning or mercy. As solider we are trained to fight back, to continue moving forward, but there are fights that are out of our hands. Sometimes can be our fault, but for some reason sometimes is due two second and/or third person. Upstanding man!!

I had the pleasure of consulting with Steve after I was referred to him by a family friend. His military experience proved to be vital as my case was in regards to a drug incident in the military. He was that comforting voice that I could turn to throughout my entire ordeal. Steve was upfront and hon...est about all the facts. You could tell from the beginning that Steve wasn't interested in making money off me but that he truly cared and wanted to see the best outcome for me! I would highly recommend Steve to any fellow service member!
