Reduced Charges/Favorable Disposition of My Case

Sam was very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He was able to negotiate a lower charge with no points or record. Thanks Sam!

Sams’s the Man!

Sam helped me with a speeding ticket in Cobb County. He got it severely reduced and I never had to appear in court. This meant a great deal because I don’t live in GA. He was easy to communicate with and kept me informed every step of the way.

Criminal Case/ Speeding Citation

Attorney Nash is a very professional attorney who sincerely cares about his clients. More importantly, about two years ago, my oldest son was faced with a misdemeanor charge (possession of Marijuana less than an ounce). Attorney Nash gather all the facts of the case and put together a very strong def...ense which resulted in the case being thrown out after successfully completing 40 hrs of community service, counseling and passing a drug test. Today, my son is living a drug free life with no criminal record to affect his future as a young man. My second testimony is equally successful as well as the first one. Several week ago, my youngest son received a speeding citation (72/45). Since my youngest son is under 21 years old and he was cited for speeding greater than 25 mph, his Ga license was supposed to be suspended for six months; however, Attorney Nash again was at my rescue without hesitation. I immediately called Attorney Nash and presented the details of the speeding citation on short notice (two or three days prior to the scheduled court appearance). Once the information was received, Attorney Nash attended court on my son’s behalf as a true professional. My son paid a small fine, performed 20 hours of community service and attended a DDS course. As a result, his speeding ticket was reduced to speeding less than 15 MPH and the citation will not affect his driving record or my car insurance rate. With the professionalism, knowledge and friendly work of Attorney Nash, I can rest knowing that I found and highly recommend this awesome attorney for future legal representation. Thanks Attorney Nash, you are AWESOME!!!!

Great Attorney

I want to thank Mr. Nash for the excellent service he provided. My 19 year old son had a citation that could potentially result in the suspension of his license. Mr. Nash was able to get the charge reduced so that there would not be a record on his driving history or insurance without my son ever hav...ing to appear in court. I am so grateful for his services and both of us would highly recommend him to others!
