Removed/Reduced 3 Citations

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Nash. I received 3 citations at a traffic stop and he was able to get them removed/reduced without me having to appear in court. He handled my case professionally and expeditiously!

Failure to yield

I was in a car accident in September 2019 when I was turning left at a light, zero oncoming traffic, so I turned and out of the blue I was hit in the rear passenger door. I had no way to prove the other driver came from a turning lane or side street so I received the ticket for “failure to yield”. I ...quickly called Sam Nash and retained his services. Everything was handled by him. Very simple. No fuss. I didn’t have to waste a day to appear in court because he goes on your behalf. My ticket was reduced so that there were no points on my license and nothing against my insurance! Thank you Mr. Nash. I highly recommend his services if you have any traffic violation.

Traffic accident case

Speeding citation

After talking to attorney, he told that he will try to reduce to a charge that is not reported to the Department of Driver Services and will not affect your driver's license, your driving history, or your insurance. and it happened the same. Case is resolved very smoothly.
