When you have never had a run in with the law your world turns upside down in an instant when you are falsely accused of serious, potentially life changing charges. Lawrence was there for me and brought calm to the situation from my first call, even after normal office hours. He really went above and... beyond for me with every question and concern. Lawrence put forward the right information for the detective and DA to make it so charges were not even put forward. I havent reatined Mr Zimmerman as of yet I've only conversated with him by phone this morning. This has been a horrific ordeal for me( absolutely scary ) I was given his name by someone at University of Florida. From just speaking with Mr. Zimmerman I felt comfortable. I've wasted alot of money on th...is situation simply because an ex was mad and decided to try and ruin my whole life and career. I'vewasted money and hired Attys who did absolutely nothing and would never return phone calls. This whole ordeal has made me sick to where I cant sleep at night I've gained weight 65 lbs to be exact. I truly cant afford Mr. Zimmerman right now as I have wasted so much money on an attorney that has done absolutely nothing toward this case. I was falsely accused of aggravated sexual battery and quickly went to Lawrence's office where he showed support and knowledge of what to do next. I felt confident choosing him to represent me. Lawrence teams with J.T. of Spearhead Investigations and because of J.T.'s detective work, he was able to... find the claimant had falsely accused another man of rape within the year and that case was closed due to lies. He represented me at the Preliminary hearing and I was very impressed by his preparation and intelligence. Although I was given an arrest warrant and went in myself, further investigation went underway, and Lawrence remained in touch and focused on getting the accusations dismissed. The bond hearing kept getting rescheduled but I had patience in the process and confidence in Lawrence. After a couple of months, he presented the facts at the bond hearing and I was granted bail. In addition to J.T., Lawrence suggested Norman Cuadra a fellow lawyer and judge, to work as a witness representation for a 3rd party. The teamwork and communication between everyone and the DA worked in our favor and because of Lawrence's attention to detail and logic the case was ultimately dismissed without an indictment. They knew what they were up against. The nightmare is over and he is now working on getting the accusations taken off of the arrest record. Lawrence Zimmerman is an exceptional lawyer! I highly recommend him! Patience and persistence paid off and despite the circumstances I have no doubt in my mind he was placed in my life at the right time to help me and ultimately kept my family together.
