I retained Mr. Zimmerman to handle a violation of probation warrant. My situation was very challenging. I'm a two-time convicted sex offender. I'm also classified as a level 3 offender (the highest tier) by SORRB. In late March of this year I met with an employee at a public restaurant. They had a mi...nor child with them. A deputy in my county recognized me and reported the contact to probation. In my original sentence I had a no contact with minors condition. A warrant was issued for my arrest.
