I hired Mr. Maloof to defend me after the first attorney failed to do so. Mr. Maloof set the expectations of the case in the beginning and proceeded to be very thorough with all the details of my case and I felt he actually cared about me and what I was going through. I truly believe his thoroughne...ss, and his excellent abilities as an attorney are a just a couple of the reasons I'm free today. I was confronted with a case in Fulton County. I believed that the case had already been resolved based on prior negotiations another handled. I called Mike and asked what should be done. I hired Mike Maloof to handle two unpaid traffic violations. I met Mr. Maloof through some mutual friends. Other attorneys told me I would need to turn in to the county jails and the fines would be close to a $1,000.00 each. They also indicated my license would have to be suspended. After speakin...g with Mike he indicated he would make a few arrangements. We appeared in two courts on the same day. The prosecutors reduced the charges so my license would not be suspended. The Judges gave me reduced fines. I was able to get my license back with the paperwork Mr. Maloof gathered for me in court. Mike did an EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME WITH TWO DIFF CASES. One in Fulton cty and one in Clayton cty. Would have had a felony on my record but because of Mr.Maloofs expertise he got me in a program and when I'm finished my record will be expunged .. So no felony !!!! I highly recommend Mr.Maloof if you're ...in any kind of trouble because without him I would be a Felon and would have done some jail time !!!
