I was arrested for dui, speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane etc. The problem was I was arrested by a task force officer, who was one of the top 5 police officers in GA. She mentioned that I was under the influence from a sobriety test and arrested me. After that I was taken to a p...olice station and she did breath, urine and blood test. My breath test was under the law limit but a few months later, a prescription drug was found from my blood test then I was charged for a combine influence. I was ready for a jury trial and hired an expert witness. My judge was known for a severe judge and I chose not to go with a bench trial.
