Dan Dewoskin just represented me in a DUI refusal case that was coupled with narcotic prescription pills found "not in original container" as well as speeding. The DUI-refusal, carried 2 counts, the speeding carried 2 counts, and the pills also carried 2 counts. With a total of 6 criminal charges aga...inst me I knew that it looked bad. It looked very bad. Dan took every means necessary to think like a juror, not like an attorney. He never gave up on any portion of this case at any time for any reason. The state refused a plea (even though I wasn't very interested in one) and off to trial we went. Dan was impeccable. Out of the 6 counts I was charged with, I walked out with a $75 speeding ticket, the other 5 charges rendered "NOT GUILTY". I cannot thank Dan enough, he is by far, the best there is. He is worth top dollar and hopefully I will only need to call upon him to help others I know needing the best in legal counsel there is. Thank you DAN!!!!!!!

I have to say that it was great having a lawyer , that could identify with my job while representing me. Sometimes it's hard to find lawyer wil not only represent you but actually believe in your case. Mr. De Woskin and his partner had enough faith in my case that they themselves risked recieving no... compensation for my particular case. They also sacrificed some of their fee to ensure that i recieved a fair settlement in my case despite the fact that, the overall settlement was far less than what we were asking for. Im not saying that it is standard for them to do that but , it just shows that there are still some good lawyers out there.

I found Mr. DeWoskin through a very close friend who is also an attorney. He represented my son in a matter that could have been pretty devastating had it gone unchallenged. Mr. Dewoskin and his partner Mr. Pekor both were like hiring the calvary. They wasted no time and if it weren't so serious, ...would have actually been fun to watch them save the day! I was duly impressed by their professionalism and capabilities.
