Hiring Daniel DeWoskin is one of the best decisions I have ever made. For fifteen years, I have been haunted by a judgment and it’s accompanying debt. Every attempt to settle the matter, both by me and other attorneys, had been met with failure. It just kept getting bigger and scarier and loomed ove...r me. I was arrested for dui, speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane etc. The problem was I was arrested by a task force officer, who was one of the top 5 police officers in GA. She mentioned that I was under the influence from a sobriety test and arrested me. After that I was taken to a p...olice station and she did breath, urine and blood test. My breath test was under the law limit but a few months later, a prescription drug was found from my blood test then I was charged for a combine influence. I was ready for a jury trial and hired an expert witness. My judge was known for a severe judge and I chose not to go with a bench trial. Very scary moment, how the result would be but my case was suddenly changed at my pre-trial motions and dismissed!! I much appreciated for Dan, Alex, Nick and Jill to help me out. I also thanks for their patience, understanding and efforts. They never gave up and tried to find best solutions with me. I feel so relieved that my case was completely closed and I'm free!
