I was soo pleased with my experience with Mr. Dewoskin and his assistant. The situation itself was not pleasing but he made me feel comfortable enough to whereas I felt that everything was going to be alright in the end. I was humanly nervous but with faith, God and Dan by my side, everything turned ...out just fine. I thank him for opening up the eyes of the jury to show them that I was innocent in my case. I would definitely recommend him to others and say that you will appreciative of your results with him.

Dan was recommended to me by a friend. I have never dealt with a lawyer before and Dan exceeded all my expectations. After months of waiting for a trial date and several appearances in court the case was finally dropped. Though I didn't always have confidence in winning my case, Dan was 100% positive... we would and would not go down without a fight. He worked hard for this case and always kept me informed. Dan Dewoskin just represented me in a DUI refusal case that was coupled with narcotic prescription pills found "not in original container" as well as speeding. The DUI-refusal, carried 2 counts, the speeding carried 2 counts, and the pills also carried 2 counts. With a total of 6 criminal charges aga...inst me I knew that it looked bad. It looked very bad. Dan took every means necessary to think like a juror, not like an attorney. He never gave up on any portion of this case at any time for any reason. The state refused a plea (even though I wasn't very interested in one) and off to trial we went. Dan was impeccable. Out of the 6 counts I was charged with, I walked out with a $75 speeding ticket, the other 5 charges rendered "NOT GUILTY". I cannot thank Dan enough, he is by far, the best there is. He is worth top dollar and hopefully I will only need to call upon him to help others I know needing the best in legal counsel there is. Thank you DAN!!!!!!!

I have to say that it was great having a lawyer , that could identify with my job while representing me. Sometimes it's hard to find lawyer wil not only represent you but actually believe in your case. Mr. De Woskin and his partner had enough faith in my case that they themselves risked recieving no... compensation for my particular case. They also sacrificed some of their fee to ensure that i recieved a fair settlement in my case despite the fact that, the overall settlement was far less than what we were asking for. Im not saying that it is standard for them to do that but , it just shows that there are still some good lawyers out there.
