First of all, I am not the type to take the time to write a review, especially having to do with attorney services. If I could, I would not have given Cornel Potra ANY stars for this review, however, I had to at least put one star for the sake of writing this review. I used this attorney for my husba...nds I-130 filing for spouse, my case had been approved for OVER a year and we had NOOOO idea it had been approved until I checked the online case status and found out that it had been approved for almost a year. We NEVER got a response/ call/ email from C. Potra or any of his staff members. I was beyond UPSET and personally went to speak to the lawyer to inform him how unhappy and how unprofessional our case was dealt with. I thank God our case was approved! However, I believe that C. Potra takes too many cases and is not able to handle all of the work load he tries to take. My husbands case was about to expire had I not looked into the case status myself. I will never return to his office nor recommend him to anyone. Do your research before you file an immigration case. I would not want anyone to go through the scary experience we went through.
