Revocable Trust and Living Will

I reached out to Richard, my financial advisor's recommendation. Richard promptly scheduled an appointment with me and my wife and explained the details about Revocable Trust. He also described the differences between other options, such as Living Will and Irrevocable Trust. All of this was done ove...r a Zoom call from the comfort of my home. He reviewed my expectations and provided specific advice about the type of Trust, the benefits, and maintenance. He meticulously had me and my wife listed all our financial assets and real estate. Ideas like planning the percentage of benefits passed on to my children and the age schedule were constructive in putting together a thorough plan. The elapsed time to complete the documentation was about six months. I paid half upfront and half after completion. Richard’s team connected me through this period and shared the drafts. He set up another Zoom call to educate me on the prepared draft. This beneficial session lasted over two hours, during which Richard answered every question my wife and I were seeking clarity on. I have become familiar with what otherwise looks like a legal pile of papers. Once I signaled my clarity and understanding, Richard’s team scheduled my wife and me for an in-person visit to his office to sign the documents before the witness. It is a friendly office with a supportive staff; the signing process was about an hour. I now have peace of mind that I've got a Revocable Trust, a digital copy of it, and a Living Will; all my life's efforts are covered, and I can have my family continue to build on my efforts further. He is also available to answer any follow-up questions or processes.

Excellent Estate Planning and Trust Lawyer

Richard is an attorney that brings a unique combination of skills and capabilities to the table. He is a true expert when it comes to estate law but also possesses the ability to explain the details and complexities of those laws in clear, coherent way. Furthermore, he was extremely patient with my ...wife and I as we tried to understand the complex implications of our estate and trust(s) structures and didn't nickel and dime us when we needed his expertise. We ended up paying exactly what he promised and feel great about our plan.

Estate Planning expert

Richard Morgan handled our estate plan from start to finish and made a complicated process very easy on my wife and me. He is extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter and explains it in a way that's easy to understand. Richard took the pain out of the process and charged a very reasonable fee (e...xcellent work product - a much better deal than using a high priced law firm in town). Highly recommend him.

Great Attorney

We hired Richard and his team to do our Estate and Trust work. Here are the key highlights: We phone screened 10 firms that were recommended or had great reviews online. We then interviews 3 in person. We selected Richard because he was knowledgeable, passionate, responsive, and had a very well or...ganized office manager. Richard’s price was about 25-50% higher than the other firms we interviewed but we clearly saw the expertise and personal customization he offered to make the documents do what we wanted. We are frugal people but we saw a huge difference in his strategies and approach. He exceeded our expectations in every way and was well worth the fee he charged. Great Experience

After a divorce, I met with Mr. Morgan to establish Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive. He spent a lengthy amount of time on the initial visit to educate me on the different facets of estate planning. He never charged for this service. Mr. Morgan and his staff were very professio...nal and organized. I highly recommend Mr. Morgan for your estate planning needs.
