Very Impressed

We wanted to tell everybody how happy we were with Richard Morgan of Morgan and DiSalvo. We went to see him about setting up a revocable living trust, and updating our wills, power of attorney and health care directives. Before the initial consultation we had with him, we had read a highly recomm...ended book about estate planning. We had about twenty questions for Richard. He knew the answers to every one of them right off the top of his head. We thought, oh wow, this guy is amazing! He was patient too and spent quite a bit of time with us. Another thing we liked was, we wanted to customize the trust to better identify the specific needs of our family. He legally incorporated ever single one of them into the trust itself. A third thing we liked is Richard saved us from ourselves. We thought our estate planning ideas were sound from advice provided in the book. Richard pointed out several problems with our strategies that would have come back to haunt us. He won’t let you screw up! Fourth, he impressed upon us the importance of funding the trust now. The way we understand it, the trust doesn’t take effect until it’s funded. Richard provided specific instructions on how to do that, both in writing and in conversations with us. Finally, we were just as impressed with Richard’s staff as we were with him. They’re highly organized and anticipate your every need. There’s no better group of knowledgeable, polished professionals than the folks at Morgan & DeSalvo. We have recommended them to our friends already.

Very knowledgeable Firm

Richard Morgan has been my attorney in regard to planning for the future through Wills, Trusts, Estate planning, etc. for the last five years. He has made sure that I understand the legalese and I really know what I am doing with my plans. When I leave his office I feel informed and confident in the ...work we have done together. Great Attorney

We hired Richard and his team to do our Estate and Trust work. Here are the key highlights: We phone screened 10 firms that were recommended or had great reviews online. We then interviews 3 in person. We selected Richard because he was knowledgeable, passionate, responsive, and had a very well or...ganized office manager. Richard’s price was about 25-50% higher than the other firms we interviewed but we clearly saw the expertise and personal customization he offered to make the documents do what we wanted. We are frugal people but we saw a huge difference in his strategies and approach. He exceeded our expectations in every way and was well worth the fee he charged. Specifically, he gave us unlimited time and patiently explained his process and thinking in terms we could understand, answered long emails with complete and detailed responses, made sure he was clear on our intent, helped us vet corporate trustees, and coached us through several difficult decisions about our family. Richard and his partner Lorraine have deep subject mater expertise that I am sure will save our family millions of dollars in taxes. He gave us real confidence about our estate plan. An excellent experience

I am a retired SVP from a major financial institution. My relationship with Richard Morgan began 3 years ago when he spearheaded a change in a family Trust to another institution. This is quite an involved and complicated process which included multiple touch points which he negotiated with these. Ri...chard facilitated this process with each Trust department, their attorneys and the court system with extraordinary professionalism with the optimum results. As a result of this experience I retain his services to execute 3 additional family trusts with similar results.
