I am pleased to report my extraordinarily excellent experience with attorney Richard Morgan. I was referred favorably to Mr. Morgan by a friend who also consulted with him regarding a will and formulation of a revocable trust. Upon my first consultation, Richard explained how the revocable trust... would operate to my advantage. After hiring him, he outlined the steps necessary to establish the trust, one by one, and spoke with language that was easily understandable. His knowledge of estate, trust, wills, and probate law is unsurpassed; his answers to my questions were immediate. Richard Morgan’s presentation, office, and staff are simply the best. This is the attorney you should hire.

Great service and advice

I began working with Richard Morgan shortly after my husband passed away. He advised me on the action I needed to take in order to ensure that my house and vehicles were properly transferred to my name. He then reviewed my current Will and advised that no update was required. We reviewed my Durable... Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directive and decided that both of these needed to be updated. Richard was professional and engaging and the turnaround time for both documents was excellent. I also found their web site very helpful and informative. I was grateful that unnecessary services were not pushed on me. Altogether a very positive experience.

Superb lawyer for all estate planning needs

We hired Richard to help my mother with her end-of-life needs and all of her estate planning. First, he was easy to work with and my mother loved his approach and manner. And since my mother died, thanks to Richard, his guidance and ideas made the execution of her will and estate go very smoothly upo...n her death. Everything he recommended turned out to be the right course of action.
