Extremely knowledgeable Estate Planner

Richard was very helpful in explaining our choices and giving us options. We are satisfied that he helped us choose the estate plan that is the best for us. He took all the time with us that we needed to understand everything. In addition, his office staff was very pleasant and professional.

Estate Planning

My wife and I have a blended family and Richard understood the potential issues far better than we did when we first met. His insight and expertise made the estate planning painless for us, even though it is complicated and important to get it done right. Now that we understand what our plan does t...o protect our descendants, we wonder why so many people choose to ignore this process or try to do this themselves on-line. We really appreciated the extra time that Richard and his staff took to answer all of our questions, no matter how uninformed they might have been.

Very knowledgeable Firm

Richard Morgan has been my attorney in regard to planning for the future through Wills, Trusts, Estate planning, etc. for the last five years. Excellent resource for estate planning

Best trait is that he is extremely thorough with estate planning. He asks many questions so he can craft the plan to your needs. Something I appreciated is his knowledge of tax implications for specific scenarios dealing with trusts, retirement funds, and other investments. So, if creating a trust..., understand that the process is not a one-size-fits-all solution and won't be completed in a day or two. It requires some patience since it takes time to create the estate plan properly which I believe Mr. Morgan does to the best of his ability.

Experience

I hired Richard to help us with Will as well as estate planning. Even though I have a complex situation with both normal and special need child, Richard made it very easy to understand and guided me the best way to create both family and special need trusts. They have even considered the need for e...xpedited draft given my adventurous travel plans and completed on time. I strongly recommend Richard.
