Estate planning/Will

Richard made planning easy and took the the time to explain every step so I could make the best decisions in planning my will. I found him to be kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the issues at hand. Estate planning can be a daunting task but with Richards guidance I can now rest easy k...nowing things are in order.

Richard Morgan - Excellence in Service

Richard Morgan assisted me with Estate Planning & Wills. Richard Morgan is clearly a knowledgeable and skilled lawyer. He patiently listened and answered all my questions and educated me on finer points of the process of completing my will. Excellent trusts, estates, wealth planning attorney

My wife and I needed new comprehensive estate plans and met with Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable and completely engaged in the process. He is also a terrific educator in what can be a confusing and complex area of law. Richard and his team spent considerable time with us, presenting multipl...e options and helping us to think through various scenarios, all without ever rushing us to a decision or steering us any particular way. There are a lot of very good lawyers out there, but very few who also combine technical skill with a clear client service orientation and commitment. Highly recommended.

Estate Planning is Not Easy

While not easy to plan for your own last days and eventual death we were immediately put at ease. Richard, Lorraine and Diane did an excellent job of explaining what we needed to consider and how to understand what their recommendations were for our own future, as well as what the situation would be ...after our deaths. All our concerns were addressed and considered when making our individual plans. We highly recommend them.

Estate Planning and Will Preparation

Richard Morgan had the difficult task of walking my husband and I through what was essentially "Estate Planning 101". He effectively communicated and provided us with the knowledge and information we needed to understand estate planning concepts/rationale, and provided the guidance we needed to help... us make the choices that best suited our current needs, while allowing flexibility for any future changes.
