Everything you want in a lawyer

Richard was outstanding. We had very little knowledge going into getting our affairs in order, and Richard walked us through the entire process. He answered every question no matter how ridiculous. He responded very promptly to all emails and phone calls. He explained things in both legal terms a...nd definitely dumbed it down for us when we needed further explanation. He was professional, and we felt very comfortable divulging every nook and cranny of our lives to ensure that we got the best help he could offer.

Richard Morgan - Excellence in Service

Richard Morgan assisted me with Estate Planning & Wills. Richard Morgan is clearly a knowledgeable and skilled lawyer. He patiently listened and answered all my questions and educated me on finer points of the process of completing my will. Richard Morgan is professional, courteous, personable and... an adept conversationalist which made me feel fully comfortable and confident in him and in the work product he delivered. Estate Planning is Not Easy

While not easy to plan for your own last days and eventual death we were immediately put at ease. Richard, Lorraine and Diane did an excellent job of explaining what we needed to consider and how to understand what their recommendations were for our own future, as well as what the situation would be ...after our deaths. All our concerns were addressed and considered when making our individual plans. We highly recommend them.

Richard Morgan Review

I have been a client of Morgan & DiSalvo for 15+ years, and during that time had my will initially prepared and then updated. Both times, Richard and his staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating. They did not rush through the process, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns... I had. I have referred others to them in the past, and will continue to do so.

an excellent choice of estate and wills

as a non-lawyer, estate planning and wills are, simply put, confusing. Richard and Loraine did an excellent job of explaining, laying out the options, working with our schedules, and re-explaining the options. pricey -- well, I'll say not "price conscious", but I would do it with them again
