Provides the Guidance We Need

For almost 20 years we have used Morgan & DiSalvo for all of our estate planning needs. Richard has been our guide to navigate through the complicated options providing thorough explanations to allow us to make good and informed choices. Richard has extensive knowledge on current (and past) tax law... and every estate planning tool available. Estate Planning

My wife and I were looking for a attorney to do estate planning. My wife's sister gave us Morgan and Disalvo as her attorney. We contacted Richand Morgan and could not have been more pleased. Richard has served us for many years and is always very thorough explaining all our questions, everything dea...ling with end of life transfer of the estate through the trusts on which we decided. Richard followed up numerous times to make sure we understood the impact of how our decisions and how they would effect our trust. He has kept us posted on needed changes in the laws and regulations and advised us how to best handle or change sections of our will. The staff was very efficient and accomindating and is always friendly and welcoming.

Estate Planning

My wife and I have been looking for a lawyer/firm to assist us in our Estate Planning for a few years now. Being new to the area and Georgia, we started researching and found Richard Morgan of Morgan and DiSalvo. During our first meeting with Richard, he sat down with us and explained in detail all... the different options. Not knowing what was all involved, Richard took the time to explain to us in terms we could understand and asked follow-up questions to ensure we understood it. He provided the data we needed to make a decision on the type of Will, Trust, and healthcare proxy that met our specific needs. Richard was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. We are very pleased that we hired Richard to handle this important planning and documents so that our family is protected in case of unplanned incidents. Estate Planning

My husband and I were very pleased and impressed with the way Richard Morgan handled our Estate Planning process. He and his office staff were very professional every step of the way. Richard carefully explained our documents which included wills, trusts and other necessary paperwork needed to insu...re that our estates were in the proper order. Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C.

When my wife and I decided to update our wills Morgan & DiSalvo was one of the firms recommended to us by our financial advisor. Our estate planning evolved making sure each of our grown children would receive their portion of our estate based upon their individual needs at various a times in their ...lives and also provide for our grandchildren at the appropriate time. We discovered that the best way to do this is via revocable living trusts and the other documentation involved to protect us now and our descendants after our passing. Richard Morgan was able to walk us through the process and was very patient with our questions and recognized our needs as a trusted advisor. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C.
