Relocated Client

Richard & Loraine are extremely skilled at what they do. I am an attorney, but I do not personally practice in the estate law arena, so I hired them to create an estate plan for me and my husband when we relocated to Georgia. However, I do know exceptional drafting when I see it, and Morgan & DiSal...vo have tight and accurate drafting (NOT true for all attorneys!). I have also had other estate plans created in other states, and I have encountered the difficulties that occur when potential issues are not adequately addressed in the documents. I was beyond relieved when I consulted with Richard and Loraine and realized that their standard forms already addressed and eliminated the issues I had encountered with prior estate plans created in other states, plus they were more than capable of dealing with any other estate planning issues I needed addressed. This law firm is way above cookie cutter...they are cutting edge, and fully capable of handling the challenges that various estate planning issues may present. They are great at getting to the heart of what you want to accomplish with your estate plan and simplifying it as needed. Morgan & DiSalvo have given me a comfort level that I never had with the estate plans that were created for me in other states by other attorneys. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo for your estate planning needs.

Excellent Estate Planning and Trust Lawyer

Richard is an attorney that brings a unique combination of skills and capabilities to the table. He is a true expert when it comes to estate law but also possesses the ability to explain the details and complexities of those laws in clear, coherent way. Furthermore, he was extremely patient with my ...wife and I as we tried to understand the complex implications of our estate and trust(s) structures and didn't nickel and dime us when we needed his expertise. We ended up paying exactly what he promised and feel great about our plan.

Estate Planning

My wife and I were looking for a attorney to do estate planning. My wife's sister gave us Morgan and Disalvo as her attorney. We contacted Richand Morgan and could not have been more pleased. Richard has served us for many years and is always very thorough explaining all our questions, everything dea...ling with end of life transfer of the estate through the trusts on which we decided. Richard followed up numerous times to make sure we understood the impact of how our decisions and how they would effect our trust. He has kept us posted on needed changes in the laws and regulations and advised us how to best handle or change sections of our will. The staff was very efficient and accomindating and is always friendly and welcoming.
