Experience

I hired Richard to help us with Will as well as estate planning. Even though I have a complex situation with both normal and special need child, Richard made it very easy to understand and guided me the best way to create both family and special need trusts. They have even considered the need for e...xpedited draft given my adventurous travel plans and completed on time. I strongly recommend Richard.

Estate Plan

Richard Morgan evaluated our estate situation with our specific needs in mind. He reviewed our previous estate documents and focused on our priorities. He is quite knowledgeable and current with regard to estate law and has invested a great deal of time and effort to build a web site that is educat...ional for the consumer. His communication is clear, direct and effective. His staff is courteous and friendly. He updated and amended living revocable trusts for our family and created wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. He made the process straightforward and was able to communicate his strategy in ways that were quite understandable to the average layperson. We felt that we were in excellent hands throughout the process. Our advice: Do your homework before selecting a good estate attorney, as we did. We highly recommend Richard Morgan.

Outstanding advisor

We hired Richard to redo our respective wills and also set up trusts commensurate with our financial status and desire for long-term estate planning beyond our generation. First, Richard is very thorough in not only making certain recommendations based on his initial assessment of your situation, bu...t is also comprehensive in explaining the what if scenarios and the intent of certain permutations of the law that govern this domain. Awesome Estate Lawyer

To me, the most important things in this world are accepting Christ as my Savior and living my life for Him, cherishing, loving and being with my precious son God gave to me and having everything prepared, when it's my time to go, to make it easier for him during that difficult time. Richard and his ...staff were amazing to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and patient, when I had to ask him to explain something a dozen times for me because I kept forgetting what he told me. And, his staff was also easy to reach and quick to respond to get the answers that I needed. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo if you're in the Atlanta metro.

Great estate planner!

Richard Morgan helped my husband and myself with wills and estate planning. Richard broke it down into layman terms. He spent as much time as necessary to explain estate planning and the many confusing terms. Even when we had to ask the same question multiple times.
