Outstanding advisor

We hired Richard to redo our respective wills and also set up trusts commensurate with our financial status and desire for long-term estate planning beyond our generation. First, Richard is very thorough in not only making certain recommendations based on his initial assessment of your situation, bu...t is also comprehensive in explaining the what if scenarios and the intent of certain permutations of the law that govern this domain. Ultimately, I found Richard to be engaging, professional, super-knowledgeable and efficient in providing us with his services. I would recommend him to anyone at anytime.

Awesome Estate Lawyer

To me, the most important things in this world are accepting Christ as my Savior and living my life for Him, cherishing, loving and being with my precious son God gave to me and having everything prepared, when it's my time to go, to make it easier for him during that difficult time. Richard and his ...staff were amazing to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, detailed oriented and patient, when I had to ask him to explain something a dozen times for me because I kept forgetting what he told me. And, his staff was also easy to reach and quick to respond to get the answers that I needed. I highly recommend Morgan & DiSalvo if you're in the Atlanta metro.

Estate planning

We hired Richard to assist us with our estate planning needs. We specifically sought Richard out due to his practice focus on estate planning. From our first meeting with Richard, he demonstrated a vast knowledge of the law and alternatives under the law. He took a comprehensive view of our ne...eds and suggested a solution entailing trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance medical directives. One of the incredibly valuable aspects of our interactions with Richard was his willingness to truly listen and in turn, to bring to life those aspects of the governing law that are often perplexing to the lay person. He fully answered our questions and sought to ensure we comprehended the provided responses. When we executed the final documents, Richard advised us on practical considerations for ensuring our wishes were communicated and captured going forward. His focus was not solely on the transaction, but instead on steps to be taken in future years and how he could help, if needed. We were pleased with Richard's knowledge, commitment and perspective.

Credible, thorough and trustworthy

I'm a repeat client of Richard's practice, Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. Richard helped me put together my estate plan documents previously in 2014. In 2017 he helped me update my Power of Attorney & Advance Directive for Health Care to align with recent changes in Georgia state law.
